TELUS will share our own Digital Innovation journey and what we have learned along the way. Digital innovation is much more than technology adoption. Shawn will describe building a startup inside an established company with a 110+ year history and well established culture. As TELUS’ Chief Digital Officer, Shawn has been leading digital innovation at TELUS for over 6 years. He will share his experience from the trenches, including perspectives on:
