Chris has been working in the technical industry for over a decade and has focused on multiple aspects of software development.  He has held technical roles across QA, Performance Optimization, Project Management and Development.  He began his Agile journey 5+ years ago when he was introduced to a better way of working, and hasn’t looked back since.

He now works within CGI to lead a team of Agile practitioners whose goal is to bring a better more human centric way of working to their clients.  His team has worked in all of the major Canadian Financial Institutions and helped transform many teams and individuals.   Chris is personally focused on Leadership Transformation and providing insights and support to Executives as they transform their organizations
