Tim Bouma is a Senior Policy Analyst for the Government of Canada’s Chief Information Officer Branch. Tim’s area of focus is digital identity and is responsible for the development of Treasury Board policy instruments related to identity management. Tim is also a key contributor to the Pan-Canadian Trust Framework, a collaborative effort with the private sector, to develop a standards-based approach to digital identity for all Canadians.
