Katherine is the Lab Leader for the Ontario Digital Service, where she developed the ODS’ rapid prototyping and user research lab teams. Her previous experience includes being a founding member of the UK’s NHS Alpha team, leading the evaluation of Alberta Health Services’ Safer Crack Use Kits program, and conducting a needs assessment with people involved in street sex work following the London 2012 Olympics.

Katherine is a sessional faculty member at Emily Carr University of Art + Design where she teaches Service Design.
