Having led digital service transformation across the UK government, Kylie believes that public service can be brilliant. She’s committed to bringing policy, operational and delivery communities together to reform government for the benefit of society.

Kylie moved to Ottawa in January 2018 to join the Canadian Digital Service, where she leads product teams delivering end-to-end services in the immigration and citizenship space. Before government, Kylie was a children’s App and eBook producer at Penguin Books.

She is an accomplished public speaker and is passionate about inclusive design, transforming service delivery through technology, and building diverse product teams.
