Liz (Elizabeth) McKeown, President of the Association of Public Sector Information Professionals (DPI) and Chief Information & Departmental Security Officer at Shared Services Canada, brings to the conference over 15 years of experience within the Federal Public Services in many functions including those of: Senior Director, Chief Technology Officer, Deputy CIO, Client Relationship Director, and Account Executive and within multiple departments including Justice Canada and Public Works and Government Services Canada.

Prior, Liz worked in the area of IT training in the private sector, as the program manager at a Corporate Leadership Centre and as a computer science teacher in a public high school.
